Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for supervision of offshore Accounts Payable team.
• Responsible for supervision of offshore Expenses team.
• Responsible for supervision of offshore HRCTI team.
• Accountable for analysing vendor invoices and on-time processing/ payment of same.
• Building positive relationships with vendors, internal Departments to improve turnaround of payments and receipt of funds.
• Improve interface between vendor and INPEX processes.
• Provide support during period close.
• Identify and provide change support for initiatives in the broader Finance team.

Successful candidates will:

• Demonstrated experience in an Accounts environment with some of that experience in a multi-company and/or JV environment.
• Skilled SAP ERP -Accounts Payable, MM, FI/CO and AR.
• Good understanding and hands on use of on-line banking systems.
• Timeline management.
• Influencing customers to deliver to standard.
• Good communication.
• Able to work alone.
• Willingness to adapt processes and participate in a variety of activities beyond core role.
