Please ensure that you meet these eligibility requirements before applying – candidates who apply but are found to be ineligible are not able to be considered.What is the opportunity?RBC is hiring for an exciting Data Analyst (Co-op), CRM Data Enablement & Reporting role. In this role you will report into the Senior Manager, CRM Data Enablement & Reporting and collaborate with Channel partners and Marketing leads across Personal Banking and Commercial Banking platforms to help drive business decisions by assisting in the development of self-serve reporting solutions.What will you do?

• Develop CRM and campaign reports using Tableau and programming languages such as SQL, SAS and Python required for Canadian Banking and Insurance to meet business and financial imperatives
• Participate in requirement and campaign design meetings to identify success criteria and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measurement
• Work with CRM Data Enablement & Reporting team members on report automation and streamline existing reporting processes
• Explore and integrate Google Analytics data via tools such as Starburst Trino to new and existing campaign dashboards to measure effectiveness of RBC’s online and mobile channels.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure reporting is developed accurately and on time
• Regular maintenance of web based report repository to ensure report and dashboard links are updated and new contents are uploaded

What do you need to succeed?Must-have:

• Working towards a degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Computer Science/Math/Statistics)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio
• Technical knowledge on SQL or SAS or Python (Enterprise Guide/SAS Studio/Jupyter Notebook)
• Strong business acumen and analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional problem solving skills and ability to conceptualize strategy
• Attention to detail, organization, ability to multi task and time management is critical

​Nice-to-have:

• Relevant experience in marketing or financial reporting
• Experience in financial services industry with broad understanding of marketing, product management, sales, finance, pricing and risk management
