You will be part of IT Governance and Transformation as a support for the Strategic Vendor Management team. The role will focus on internal support of our work with a few selected vendors in the Nordics, including light coordination, follow-up on tasks, and helping our managers with administrative tasksThe team is a small team with team members based in several countries, including Denmark, Finland and Italy.The role is based in the Nets premises in Ballerup, DenmarkWe expect that as a student, you will be able to work 15-20 hours per week with flexibility around exam periodsThe position is temporary and can last up to 1,5 year.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Supporting on administrative tasks: Supporting our organisation and the managers with needs related to the day-to-day management of 2-3 large selected vendors. Tasks can include helping to create and follow up on purchase orders or collecting data
  • Contract Management / Service Review meetings: During these recurring quarterly Service Reviews for operational monitoring of the Strategic Vendors, you will help by taking notes, actions, and keeping the calendars up to date
  • Coordination with finance and procurement: Our work often requires alignment and clarification of data with finance or procurement. You will help with the coordination of some of these data
  • Ad-hoc tasks: We often have ad-hoc tasks related to compliance or regulation that require coordination between stakeholders. You responsibility will be to help setting up meetings, take minutes/actions, and following up
  • Creating presentations – Help with building presentations: Creating various presentations and documents as part of our day-to-day work.

  • Studying on the last part of the bachelor’s or has just started on the Master in topics such as engineering/science/economics/law
  • Experience with coordination and communication, for example, from work in a corporate or other organisation (i.e., reaching out and talking to stakeholders)
  • Knowledge and at light experience with MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a requirement

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

  • Experience with work in vendor management or procurement is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Knowledge of main project management methodologies
