We are looking for a student assistant to join us in this important area and help us bring our mission to life across seven countries in Europe.Part of the Agriculture, Sustainability and Communications function, the Arlagården team forms part of the Farm Programmes and Tools department. We ensure that Arla’s farm assurance programme, Arlagården is audited effectively across 8,000 farms, and that the programme develops to keep pace with customer and consumer needs.The team works across Arla’s core markets (Denmark, Sweden, Central Europe and the UK) and as such you’ll be part of a matrix team that values innovation, teamwork and excellence.How will you make an impact?Supporting the Arlagården® team you will be responsible for a number of key tasks that keep the team working effectively, there is scope for development and addition of further tasks for the right person in this busy team. Specifically you will:

• Support the team with planning of over 2,500 audits a year – ensuring they are conducted in a timely manner
• Delivering and analysing key performance data to drive reporting and improvements across the function
• Delivering data to support the development of the Arlagården programme – utilising analysis and insight to identify key opportunities
• Checking financial data to ensure correct billing of auditing
• Ensuring compliance with document version control and updating
• Participating in team meetings, working to support the whole team across all markets

What will make you successful?You have the ability to manage complexity, prioritise tasks effectively with an enthusiastic can-do attitude. Furthermore you have the attention to detail.

• A very good command of written and spoken Danish and English.
• Skills within Excel
• Ability to formulate communication material.
• Experience within the Salesforce environment would be a plus
