Run what runs the world.In this role you will report to the Strategy Manager of the Business Line Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear, belonging to the Electrification Distribution Solutions (ELDS) Division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help identify and lead the execution of internal strategic projects at global, regional or multi-national level using ABB and/or 3rd party resources. This is a unique opportunity to use your experience in strategic project management to help a high-growth business deliver on its near-term goals and position it for the future.The work model for the role is: hybridLocation
This role is open globally, preferred locations are in Europe (e.g Germany) or Switzerland #LI-hybridKey Responsibilities

• Identify and lead the execution of internal strategic projects at global, regional, or multi-national levels.
• Engage the organization to define strategic priorities and growth opportunities across product lines.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, including deliverables, milestones, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Track implementation progress, manage risks, and support decision-making for the Business Line Management team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic project management or consulting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives.
