The role reports into VP, Strategy & Transformation.Specifically, you will:Work closely with one of our Chief Executive Leaders to drive the strategic agenda in their areaCollaborate with the other Strategy Partners and across functions to drive critical projects, strategy formulation and problem-solvingConstructively challenge and provide sparring to senior leaders on strategic challenges to improve leadership decisionsTranslate the Executive Leader’s strategy into simple and clear communication for the Executive Leadership TeamPrepare materials on behalf of senior leaders that go to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors for input and / or decision-makingEnsure strategic initiatives progress and track wellSupport the leader on ensuring their leadership team meeting is run well and the broader leadership team of respective area with preparation ahead of senior meetingsPlay your part in our team succeedingWorking for the Executive Leader, you will work closely with their leadership teams & broader organisation. You will help run the Executive Leadership Team meetings and support their strategic agenda while also engaging with your peer Strategy Partners to drive cross-functional collaboration & end-to-end thinking.Do you have what it takes?The successful candidate comes with a master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration/Management, or a similar field combined with extensive professional experience. This includes:Outstanding business partnering skills at an executive level and an ability to build a strong network within the organisationVast experience working for a top-tier consultancy and/or working for a global corporationAbility to break down complexity and communicate it to executive leaders and a large organisation. Top-notch quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights and meaningful conclusions from complex business problemsTime spent with an international company working with key stakeholders across different markets, preferably in a strategic capacityAbility to collaborate effectively with global colleagues including working with different cultures, in different time zones and in different formats (online and offline)Excellent communication skills, enabling you to structure documents and quantitative analysis turning them into convincing storylines and presentations for executive-level interactionA ‘can do’-attitude to ensure things are acted upon in a fast-paced environmentApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
