This role involves applying your knowledge in strategic planning, process facilitation, and stakeholder engagement to achieve meaningful business outcomes.Submit your application now!The positionAs a Strategy Partner in GCMD Business Support, you will support the management team on a variety of strategic and operational tasks and processes and provide business analyses, problem-solving, and project management.Your key activities include:

• Plan and facilitate effective strategic processes and reporting, such as Business Review and annual wheel activities, ensuring our operations are aligned with our strategic goals.
• Conduct thorough business case analyses to deliver business insights to support the leadership team and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Prepare high-quality and compelling decision- and communication material based on insights gathered across functions, projects, and key stakeholders.
• Design and facilitate impactful workshops with the leadership team and other stakeholders both on annual strategic processes and ad hoc.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we imagine you:

• Hold a Master’s degree in management, business, economics, strategy or a related field.
• Have relevant professional experience in management consulting, strategy, supply chain, or a similar function.
• Possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for creating high-quality presentations.
• Have a well-developed problem-solving and process facilitation toolbox, along with strong business acumen and excellent project management skills.
• Communicate fluently and professionally in English, with outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

About the departmentIn GCMD Business Support, we provide essential support to the line of business and the management team across the functions of strategy, finance, procurement, communication, cLEAN, training, quality, EHS, IT, and digitalisation.
