Monitor, by then a large WW boutique strategy firm, was bought by Deloitte some 10 years ago.Job DescriptionDeloitte Strategy & Performance, part of Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk & Transactions practice, is seeking Strategy Consultants with 2-5 years of experience, particularly with an interest in Nordic financial services.As a Monitor Strategy Consultant, you will work on complex strategy projects, often tied to M&A transactions or transformations, alongside multidisciplinary teams. You will contribute to:

• Corporate and Business Strategy: Defining strategic priorities to drive long-term growth.
• Commercial Excellence and Distribution Strategies: Optimizing customer engagement, pricing, and go-to-market approaches.
• Innovation Strategy: Developing strategies to stay ahead of market disruptions.
• Growth and Profitability Turnarounds: Driving measurable improvements in financial performance.
• Operating Model Transformations: Designing structures and processes to enable strategic execution.

Deloitte focuses on top-tier financial services clients, working with Non-Life and Life & Pension Insurance, Banking, and Wealth Management. You can expect exciting, high-impact projects with industry leaders across Denmark and the Nordics.QualificationsWe’re looking for candidates with:

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or related roles.
• Strong interest or expertise in financial services, particularly in insurance, banking, and wealth management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English.
• A master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
