The ideal candidate we envision is someone who is fluent with making business recommendations based on data analysis, detail-oriented & organized, and able to collaborate effectively with internal teams to improve business processes. This role is based in Hong Kong, but we are open to candidates from other locations who can accommodate Hong Kong working hours.Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational business data to identify trends & areas for improvement, and coordinate with internal teams to implement those improvements;
• Set up appropriate data dashboards, visualizations and/or alerts on operational data via collaborating with the data team;
• Assist with strategic partnerships, such as producing pitch decks for partners, participating in partnership meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate the progress & closing of partnerships;
• Assist with first-round, high-level analysis of strategic M&A or investment opportunities that are presented to

and make a preliminary recommendation; * Assist with the implementation of other strategic projects, including coordinating with internal teams or external vendors to ensure we deliver results on time.Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Based in Hong Kong or able to accommodate working hours of Hong Kong (GMT+8);
• Strong interest in the blockchain/ crypto industry;
• Prefer candidates with 1-3 years of work experience;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint;
• Relevant experience in business operations or business data analysis – we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds such as consulting (general consultant track or supporting staff track), accounting & audit firms, banking, fintech etc.,
• Good project management skills and will follow through with initiatives;
• (Plus but not required) Familiarity with Tableau, SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
