Communicate business findings and strategic plans to management team and stakeholders across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis and Market Research

• Conduct external market research (trends, consumer behaviour, competitive landscape) to identify growth opportunities for Asian beauty brands in global markets.
• Perform competitor benchmarking (pricing, product offerings, marketing strategies) to inform business decisions.
• Support development strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, etc.) to evaluate market entry, expansion, and long-term strategic planning.
• Data-Driven Business Planning
• Analyze sales, market share, and operational data to support global expansion strategies.
• Support scenario analyses to assess the feasibility of new initiatives (e.g., market entry, price positioning).
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations with actionable insights for leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Provide cross-functional support for team operations, including inter-departmental follow-ups and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• A university degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing discipline, with 2+ years of work experience.
• Strong analytical skills: experience with market sizing, competitive analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau would be a plus).
• A logical mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Strong curiosity and a genuine passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
