Job description: Job Description:The role is only for American who speaks fluent Mandarin.Then M&A or investment experience is a must have, AI project experience could be a plus.Work location is downtown, Hongkong.Budget is up to 1.5mil HKD.Responsibilities：

• Responsible for global macro environment analysis, industry research, and competitor analysis
• Participate in investment and M&A projects from researching, development, screening and approval
• Conduct feasibility studies and analysis of investment projects, identify potential investment opportunities in the industry
• Responsible for investment and M&A project in post management on documentation, tracking, reporting, management and exit liquidation
• Dive into company’s global business strategy and value chain, be highly sensitive to business development
• Collaborate with different business units within the company globally to gather various information and ensure clarity and accuracy of the content
• Analyze the company’s global financial data, identify trends, issues, and opportunities that need attention from management team, and provide strategic advice
• Design and execute long-term strategic plans, annual financial plans, forecasts, and performance variance reports, and fulfill the requirements of financial reporting and special financial analysis
• Assist in completing daily administrative tasks within the department
• Ensure all investments comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and tax considerations.
• Collaborate with legal advisors to review investment agreements and contracts.

Requirement:

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-8 years’ working experience in Big Four and relevant in-house investment or legal industry; Holder of CPA, ACCA and CFA is an advantage
• Familiar with the consumer goods or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficient in analysis on project, financial statement and investment skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Proactive, a team player with excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good PC Knowledge in Chinese word processing and MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Occasional travel maybe required
