Growth through redesign and development.DescriptionThe purpose of the Strategic Workforce Consultant will be to work with leaders across the business, leveraging resource data and insights to develop workforce strategies that will support the growth of the organisation mid to long term.Key focus will be unlocking workforce risks, supporting internal mobility and identifying opportunities for improved business performance.

  • Practical experience with predictive modelling and knowledge of statistics using a SWP tool EQ8
  • Work with senior leadership to support execution on operations wide strategic priorities/programs initiatives designed to achieve best in class levels of service
  • Plans and monitors customer contact center operations and develops, monitors, and analyzes key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with business line leaders and executives to develop and recommend methods to optimize the business planning and analytics within the planning process
  • Determine the critical roles, competencies and functions for successful strategy execution
  • Understand trends and risks in the labor market demographic and workforce implications of our current employee population
  • Mobilize and measure efforts around workforce planning goals, and partner with key stakeholders
  • Develop a strategic approach to workforce management that combines insights from workforce analytics, human capital best practices and business strategy
  • Actively support broader Talent management efforts

Profile

  • Working with a data analyst, this role would suit someone who has a background in talent/organisation development, with strong consultative skills.
  • Must be able to engage all levels and get under ‘the hood’ of the workforce dynamics both internal and external, and work with broader People & Culture teams to develop tangible solutions to support workforce challenges.
  • Must be able to understand and interpret data.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and an ability to create meaningful presentations/reports that allows leaders to have a good understanding on the headwinds and opportunities.
