Job description: The roleThe post-holder will be required to work with Hospitals, Community Healthcare, National Divisions, Senior Health Service Delivery Managers, HR, Finance, Operations, Strategy and Planning, Department of Health officials, along with academic and research partners and other key stakeholders to shape and drive the establishment of workforce planning across the sector.The personCandidates must have at the latest date of application:I. Be a Registered Healthcare Professional with clinical, professional knowledge and experience relevant to the design, implementation and analysis on health care workforce systems and planningAndII. Demonstrate significant experience of working at senior management level, within a corporate or service planning or business planning role and / or function within a healthcare environment as relevant to the roleAndIII. Possess a track record of delivering on a performance and service improvement agenda across one or more roles at a senior management level.AndIV. Possess senior level experience of delivering significant programmes of change in a complex multi stakeholder environment.AndV. Demonstrate significant experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders in pursuing the objectives of the organisation.AndVI. Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.AndVII.
