Job description: The client is a global organization offering comprehensive end-to-end talent solutions to its clients. They are looking for a Strategic Sales & Executive Support Coordinator1. Sales Support & Lead Qualification:Identify and research new senior contacts in target industries and national accounts (training provided for Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator).Complete lead information (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn URLs) and distribute to the team, especially for new contacts.Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, measuring against KPIs or SLAs.Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and some sales meetings to gain business insights and assist with follow-ups.Attend internal team meetings and accurately record notes.2. CRM Management & Reporting (Critical):Support the creation of client-specific dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.Prepare regular summaries of activities and pipeline reports for sales leadership.Assist in populating management reports with PowerBI data.Provide support for QBRs.Help finalize management reports.3. Market & Account Intelligence:Conduct research on existing clients, including market trends, financial performance, and competitor insights.Monitor competitor activities within key accounts and highlight potential risks or opportunities.Facilitate and update “Goldsheets” (likely account summaries/plans) for the team as needed.Attend Thursday meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.Pioneer Team in MalaysiaRegional Exposure (APAC)Experience: 1-3 years in sales support, lead generation, or an executive assistant role, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or B2B services. Candidates with the right attitude will receive full training.Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with a preference for Australian English.CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot, Monday.com, and/or Fastrack.Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.Adaptability: Capable of working effectively across different time zones and collaborating virtually.The client is a global organization offering comprehensive end-to-end talent solutions to its clients.
