• Management and coordination of the new warehouse Footprint project in Europe and ensuring a smooth process
• Support new strategic investment projects in our warehouse locations
• Support operational excellence and other departments with your project management skills and streamline processes to improve their efficiency

Assistant the Top Management

• Responsible for coordinating and reporting of current programs and reviewing compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines
• Together with the locations, you will define and control management measures based on the KPIs
• You are a team player (m/f/d) who supports and coordinates with other team members and ensure efficient cooperation

QualificationsQualificationsQualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Business Administration or Project/Change Management
• Extensive experience in warehouse management and logistics with experience in both leadership and /or expert roles within these areas
• Experience in overseeing and executing site consolidation projects to streamline operations
• Knowledge of current logistics standards
• Very good command of English and German
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, PowerBI and Celonis
• Economic and analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Practical approach to problem solving and a proactive mindset
