The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the Business Unit through coordinated planning and implementation of key initiatives.Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the strategy formulation process (SMP) in collaboration with segments and regions
• Drive strategy development and execution across the Business Unit
• Align project objectives with organizational goals to maximize business value
• Ensure efficient execution of strategic initiatives through structured project management
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives
• Monitor project progress and outcomes against established metrics
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic optimization
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to Strategic leadership

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in strategic project management within a corporate environment
• Proven ability to coordinate complex strategy formulation processes
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to translate strategic vision into actionable plans
