You’ll be working as a program lead and being the right hand to the Head of People.
This means that you’ll be designing projects and project plans to meet the targets of the strategy and be key in an executing role of both projects and ad hoc activities. You will e.g. collaborate with Partners as well as key stakeholders in all functions to ensure solid and engaged implementation of several exciting initiatives and structural changes related to People and Culture. You will serve as a facilitator for these processes.You will participate in project and leadership meetings to be close to direction setting, sounding ideas, and deciding on next steps. Some of the work will involve preparation for meetings, preparing materials and presentations and following up on decisions.

• Support Head of People in her daily role, involving preparation for and following up on meetings and conducting smaller assignments on an ad hoc basis.
• Prepare project designs for discussion and decision with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis based on quantitative data or qualitative inputs e.g. from employees and present findings and recommendations to leadership teams and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with colleagues in the People team and our business functions to handle ongoing topics and design new approaches or initiatives based on needs assessments.
• Prepare materials and documentation on various people-related topics for leadership meetings to the Head of People.

About you, our newest team memberWe are looking for you who thrive when collaborating in and with teams while also enjoying thought work and can work on your own, with sparring and collaboration as key factors for how we go to work.We imagine that you have:

• A master’s degree and approx. 4-8 years of experience in consulting or development project roles.
• A robust analytical skill set and strong business understanding.
• Strong people and facilitation skills.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Danish.
• Project leadership experience is a prerequisite and program experience an advantage.

Further experience with data analysis and PowerBi is an advantage as many activities and initiatives will be based on a strong understanding of fx people and performance data, involving both extraction and understanding of data, data analysis and decision making based on these data.Apply nowAre you ready to shape the future of KPMG with us?
