Ihre AufgabenAre you a master organizer with a knack for seeing the big picture and sweating the details? Join our dynamic R&D team and lead the charge in optimizing, organizing and delivering our product communication strategy!

• Organize and manage all team tasks, maintaining an efficient and effective backlog.
• Ensure timely delivery of programs and adherence to expectations.
• Develop and implement strategic frameworks and processes.
• Collaborate closely with product management, go-to-market and marketing teams to enhance alignment and collaboration.
• Provide strategic input and spar with leadership on frameworks and processes.
• Create and run processes while ensuring consistency in content through strategic planning.

Ihr Profil

• 3-5 years of experience in programmanagement within the software industry.
• Strong technical background or understanding of software development.
• Expertise in Asana or similar project management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic frameworks and processes.
• Consulting background and familiarity with RACI or other ownership models (preferred but not required).

• Due to legal reasons, we’re obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
