Job description: Position Objective: Leads the development of annual College plans and activities based on the strategic plan by designing annual planning and assessment sessions and guiding all academic and operational groups in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of SMART performance metrics. Qualifications: Graduate of any related Management, Social Sciences, or Economic course With at least 3 years of experience related to planning and administration of strategic activities Well-versed in the use of information technology and descriptive statistics for collecting, collating, and processing planning data Strong facilitating and communications skills; Excellent interpersonal relationship skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From Php30, 00 per month Schedule: 8 hour shift
