Job description: Key Responsibilities:· Led the development of B2B e-wallet solution for Asian market, focusing on JPY payment solutions for FX Brokers· Managed product development timelines in collaboration with R&D teams in Japan and Taiwan, communicating effectively across multiple languages· Executed and monitored User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and adherence to deadlines· Designed and built the brand’s website using WordPress, maintaining and updating content regularly· Facilitated communication and collaboration between various departments and the management team through meetings and discussions· Collaborated with the Marketing team on social media management and digital marketing planning· Assisted with merchant onboarding in a multilingual environment (English, Mandarin, Japanese).· Planned and created all sales materials, including Service Catalogs and User Manuals· Liaised with R&D and management to discuss merchant requests ensuring their needs were met within time and budget constraints· Established referral programs and communicated with agents to sign more brokers· Cooperated with other payment gateways to expand markets, referring merchants to other companies for currency solutions not offered by our platform· Join Fintech Week in Bangkok and Hong Kong· Forged business relationships with new brokers during the expo, leading to successful partnerships.Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry.
• Fluency in Japanese (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
