You will be providing Strategic Planning and Integration support to important National Missions.This role provides a unique opportunity to provide Strategic Planning and Integration support to new missions while maintaining existing facilities infrastructure in collaboration with mission stakeholders. Facilities infrastructure maintenance and upgrade activities are critical to mission operations, while minimizing or mitigating risk is important to all stakeholders. Daily collaboration with key decision makers and stakeholders to explore creative ways to ensure simultaneous facilities maintenance and project event and mission completion and success. Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications:The candidate will be responsible for coordination with site stakeholders and multiple HQ elements in support of planning and activities related to mission support, space utilization, mission growth, and facilities requirements. The candidate must have a working knowledge of the different tenants at the site, as well as the ability to interact with site leaders.

  • Provide integration support and resolution of strategic, policy and programmatic issues to help streamline initiatives and activities across facilities and other support elements
  • Collaboratively work with site leadership and key stakeholders on major projects and deliverables that impact HQ and site equities and across the enterprise
  • Assist with HQ enterprise initiatives such as Portfolio Management, Program Status Reviews, strategic goals and objectives, and other planning initiatives and activities that align to HQ and site strategic priorities
  • Help develop, plan, and facilitate leadership meetings, high level visits, leadership offsites and other strategic planning activities
  • Provide expertise to acquisition strategies and contractual actions, as requested by the government
  • Assist in the drafting, coordination, and disseminations of strategic communications
  • Provide key support in the design, drafting, facilitation, coordination, and implementation of site and HQ governance
  • Assist with site and HQ processes/stakeholders in preparation of accountability exercises, emergency management, and/or real-world events
  • Provide continuity and assistance to both incoming government personnel and periods when there are support staffing gaps, as requested by site leadership and HQ
  • Communicate and collaborate with the government and contractual team to share innovative best practices and lessons learned to deliver cost, schedule, and performance improvements to critical mission infrastructure activities and support functions/elements across the enterprise

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Possess an active and current TS/SCI with CI/Polygraph
  • Fifteen (15) years or more of relevant IC systems engineering experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and recommend solutions for problems/issues
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Must have strong communications skills and be able to work across various levels of leadership

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM / Business
  • Intelligence Community familiarity, and depth
  • IC Operations Experience
  • Be conversant with host site offices and divisions and tenants
  • Leadership ability to interact with Seniors and Juniors to manage Facilities plans and requirements
  • Experience with being an ambassador of a HQ organization while working remotely
  • Experience with performance metrics

Deliverable(s):Deliverables will include reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed by the Government.
