Job description: Work Location: FELCO Office, Manila Strategic Planning & Execution Manager The Strategic Planning & Execution Manager is pivotal in translating FELCO’s corporate vision into actionable strategies across sales, marketing, distribution, manufacturing, and support functions. This role drives strategy development, execution, and performance tracking, enabling business growth, operational excellence, and talent retention. This position demands strategic foresight and hands-on leadership to embed a culture of execution discipline throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Business Alignment Develop and refine corporate and functional strategies aligned with long-term company goals Lead annual strategic planning cycles, ensuring cohesive goal-setting across all business units Conduct quarterly or semi-annual business reviews, delivering performance insights and recommendations Collaborate with Finance to develop budgets, forecasts, capital plans, and profitability models Strategy Execution & Performance Monitoring Ensure organization-wide adherence to performance frameworks Facilitate strategy execution workshops to instill accountability across mid- and senior-level leaders Lead periodic reviews to track progress, adjust plans, and maintain execution momentum Implement real-time, data-driven performance tracking systems Partner with HR/OET to integrate strategy execution into performance management processes Strategic Project Management Identify and prioritize high-impact projects aligned with company growth and efficiency objectives Evaluate project feasibility, ROI, and resource needs Define clear roadmaps, milestones, success metrics, and risk management plans Executive Communication & Reporting Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for MANCOM and leadership, highlighting insights, risks, and strategic recommendations Coordinate with the Internal Communications Group to ensure alignment across commercial, operational, and corporate functions Foster cross-functional collaboration to break down silos and drive unified execution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10 years in strategic planning, business operations in a leadership capacity Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment Execution-oriented leadership: not just a strategist but a driver of results, ensuring that plans translate into real-world impact Data-driven decision-making: leveraging data, KPIs, and analytics to make informed strategic recommendations Agility and change management: a strong grasp of organizational transformation Cross-functional collaboration: influencing senior leaders across diverse functions Commercial and financial acumen: understanding of profitability levers, trade spend efficiency, and supply-demand alignment
