Role Overview: As the Strategic Partnerships, Lead Executive , you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our growth objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive revenue, enhance brand positioning, and create long-term value. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute partnership strategies to support business expansion and market penetration. Identify and engage potential partners, including enterprises, startups, associations, and key stakeholders. Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term collaboration. Drive revenue growth through partnership-driven initiatives and innovative collaborations. Foster strong relationships with partners by maintaining regular communication and providing strategic support. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to align partnerships with business objectives. Monitor performance metrics and ensure partnerships deliver measurable results. Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles. Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into partnership opportunities. Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business impact.
