Job description: Main Objectives of the Job: The Strategic Partnerships and Communications Manager will spearhead initiatives to position Leechiu Property Consultants as the premier property consulting and brokerage firm in the Philippines. The role involves managing corporate events, fostering strategic partnerships, and executing a communications strategy to enhance the brand’s visibility and reputation among landlords and occupiers. Additionally, the role includes overseeing vendor communications to ensure cost-effective solutions for event and marketing initiatives and presenting event plans and management strategies to the team. Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to: 1. Corporate Events Management Plan and execute impactful corporate events that reinforce the company’s leadership in the property consultancy industry. Organize and oversee hosted networking events, sponsorships, guest speaking opportunities, commercial leasing department’s topping-off events, and other client/project launches. Engage with clients and key stakeholders to establish meaningful connections during events. Present event plans and management strategies to the team for alignment and execution. Evaluate the success of events through metrics such as attendance and engagement. 2. Strategic Partnerships Development Establish partnerships with organizations that align with Leechiu Property Consultants’ goal of becoming the top brokerage agency. Strengthen relationships with landlords, occupiers, and industry influencers to create a robust referral network. Develop co-branded campaigns or initiatives with partners to amplify market reach and influence. 3. Communications Management Create compelling quarterly press releases to highlight key achievements and strategic initiatives. Develop media relations strategies that elevate the brand’s thought leadership in property consultancy. Maintain consistent messaging across all communications to reinforce the brand’s reputation and authority. 4. Vendor Management & Cost Optimization Source and negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions for corporate events, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives. Ensure high-quality service and deliverables while maintaining budgetary efficiency. Build a network of reliable suppliers that align with the company’s brand and financial guidelines. 5. Brand Visibility and Industry Engagement Represent the brand at high-profile industry events, forums, and conferences to enhance market visibility. Monitor trends and competitor activities to continuously refine branding strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that emphasize Leechiu’s unique value proposition. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven expertise in event planning, partnership development, and corporate communications. Strong track record of driving results through strategic marketing initiatives. Strategic thinker with a clear understanding of market positioning. Effective communicator with excellent writing and relationship management skills. Results-driven, with a focus on aligning activities with business and branding goals. Creative and adaptable, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful initiatives. Strong negotiation skills for vendor management and cost optimization.
