Job description: What You’ll Do:Are you a self-driven with strong program management skills? You’ll manage cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment and execution, while contributing to our mission of driving profitable, sustainable growth, making it easier for partners to do business with us, and providing peace of mind throughout the process.In our agile environment, you’ll collaborate with all partners to ensure initiatives stay on track. We’re looking for someone who excels at organizing complex information, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing needs. Synthesize insights and inform decision-making. You’ll engage with both technical and business teams to drive alignment and achieve impactful results. What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Program Scoping & Planning: Develop workback schedules, gather requirements, document dependencies, and itemize deliverables to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring initiatives are on track and driving deliverables according to timelines and scope.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Provide executive-level status updates, including risk assessments, issue escalation, and mitigation strategies, while ensuring alignment to KPIs and program metrics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with strategic external partners, ensuring communication and collaboration throughout program execution.
- Internal Relationship Management: Collaborate effectively with important partners across multiple functions (e.g., engineering, product management, business development) to drive alignment and execution.
- Problem Solving & Process Optimization: Proactively identify program-related challenges and implement process improvements to enhance effectiveness.
- Adaptability & Execution: Adjust and execute program plans to accommodate and ensure alignment with strategic or programmatic changes.
- Documentation & Transparency: Maintain clear, organized documentation to democratize access to information, ensuring transparency and easy access for all partners. Use creative approaches to make complex data and program details more accessible and user-friendly, supporting team understanding.
- You will be reporting to Director, Planning and Transformation/Chief of Staff
- You will need to work in Night/ US shift
What You’ll Need to be Successful:
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
- You should organize, synthesize, and simplify complex information quickly, making it easily understandable for various audiences
- Experience in internal and external relationship management, collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Passion for documentation—ensuring information is transparent, accessible for the team, while sharing best practices
- Intuitive problem solver, able to visualize solutions and create actionable plans based on insights
- Required: Confluence, Jira, PowerPoint, MS-Excel, MS-Word, or SharePoint
- Good to have; Power BI, Salesforce, Smartsheet, MS Project, SQL, other project management tools
