Job description: Job Summary Responsible for leading the development, implementation of management’s key strategic projects that drive the company’s long-term growth and operational efficiency. Also responsible in handling certain special projects and programs to drive the long-term growth and success of the organization by identifying, planning and executing strategic projects and initiatives in line with the overall business plan of the Retail Banking Group and the Bank How will you contribute To develop and refine the organization’s long-term strategic vision and objective to aligned to the direction of RBG Group Head and the Bank. Manages the Strategic Initiatives Department’s projects and programs on various initiatives. Coordinate, do research on various analyzes and strategize data science and customer analytics data to formulate the necessary action Develop detailed business cases and project plans for approved strategic initiatives Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring to be completed on time within scope and budget. Identify and evaluate the initiatives to align with the company’s objectives and market opportunities Provide insights and recommendation based on data-driven analysis to support strategic initiatives If applicable, secures approval from Upper Management, Internal Committees and Regulatory body (Legal & Compliance, Consumer Protection, Marketing, ALCO, Excom, Techom, BudCom, RPT Committee, Board of Directors, BSP) for any strategic initatives Provides regular updates to higher management and seeks approval for the necessary program or projects that are intended to achieve the Key Result Areas of the Retail Banking Group. Handles escalated issues and provide applicable decisions to address them and if necessary, seeks higher management approval on recommended solutions. Provides necessary inputs to the Key Result Areas (KRAs) that will drive the retail distribution business as prescribed by the Retail Banking Group Head. Represents the Division / Segment Head in various Committees within the organization and other external functions which may be assigned Assists the Division Head when presenting to Top Management for the introduction of ideas, update on performances and other recommendations for the fulfillment of business goals. Foster strong relationship with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives Facilitate post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and enhance future project outcomes What will make you successful Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business- or Marketing-related Excellent Leadership and Management Skills, Superior knowledge on the following: Product Development and Management, Product Marketing & Campaigns, Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Advertising, Digital Marketing and/or other related fields At least 5 years exposure supervisory level in product development, management and/or marketing, preferably from a financial institution (but not limited to banking); Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in managing a team
