What You’ll Do: Drive Innovation: Collaborate with R&D and product teams to identify consumer trends, innovate product formulations and packaging, and bring bold new concepts to life. Lead Strategic Projects: Manage cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution – from product launches to experiential retail spaces in key markets. Enhance Operational Efficiency: Optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes, explore outsourcing opportunities, and champion long-term cost-saving strategies. Support Market Expansion & M&A: Identify and lead M&A opportunities, conduct due diligence, and ensure strategic alignment for growth. Apply Market Insights: Leverage research and analytics to unlock growth potential and address challenges such as sustainability or entry into new markets. Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including direct engagement and reporting to the CEO. Champion Compliance: Take ownership of food safety standards and proactively address non-compliance risks. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in strategic project management, ideally in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Track record of successful innovation, market expansion, or operational transformation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
