We are looking for a strategic mind with a hands-on approach – someone who can confidently navigate supplier relationships, influence stakeholders, and help drive procurement excellence across categories.What will be your key responsibilities?

• Partnering with Category Managers on strategy, planning and execution
• Leading sourcing and negotiation processes, identifying key levers and cost-saving opportunities
• Evaluating suppliers and building sustainable relationships
• Managing supplier selection and end-to-end procurement activities
• Coaching junior buyers and supporting team development
• Collaborating cross-functionally across departments and geographies

Požadujeme: What makes you a strong fit?

• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written – B2+ minimum)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement (strategic or tactical)
• Proven experience in sourcing, tendering and negotiation
• Ability to manage multiple projects with analytical precision and business acumen
• Previous exposure to indirect categories is a plus
• Any knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TQM or APEX is a welcome bonus
