Job description: DESCRIPTIONAcross Amazon Category Marketing, we are dedicated to driving marketing support for strategic brands and programs across the EU Store. As part of this mission, we are expanding our Traffic team to efficiently manage and prioritize marketing requests from various business units (Softlines, Hardlines, Consumables). To develop our vision and deliver our ambitious growth plans, we are looking to hire a Marketing Manager for EU strategic category campaigns.Job Description:As a Marketing Manager on the EU Category Marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy to use our traffic channels to drive customers to relevant brands and programs. You will play a key role in managing and expanding the Strategic Activations program across EU Product Families, which is responsible for planning and executing high-impact marketing initiatives across various channels and product categories.Key job responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
– Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
– Experience in audience segmentation and targetingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience in multi-territory campaign management
– Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
