Join our team as a Strategic Alliance Manager and take the lead in growing our general insurance business in the Philippines.About the RoleThis is a high-impact position focused on managing key partnerships, driving revenue, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning partner goals with our business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership ManagementBuild and maintain strong, strategic relationships with partners through regular check-ins, QBRs, and planning sessions.Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.Create structured partner engagement plans with clear KPIs.Lead product and service training sessions for partners.Resolve partner-related conflicts in coordination with internal teams.Revenue OwnershipMeet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews.Collaborate with product teams on pricing and promotions.Provide accurate revenue forecasts (≥85% accuracy).Source and develop new partnership opportunities.Operational OversightApprove partner-submitted insurance applications within 24 hours.Ensure timely policy issuance in collaboration with underwriting (within 48 hours).Lead the onboarding process, including system access and training.Conduct quarterly compliance audits.Oversee commission structures and payment timelines.Standardize SOPs across partner operations.Reporting & AdministrationGenerate daily sales reports and weekly dashboards.Track renewals, cancellations, and new business.Reconcile monthly commissions and resolve discrepancies.Prepare and present quarterly reviews to senior leadership.Maintain CRM data integrity.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years of partnership or channel management experience (preferably in insurance or financial services)Solid understanding of the Philippine insurance market and compliance standardsProven ability to hit revenue goals and build lasting relationshipsStrong analytical and reporting skillsPreferred:Experience with insurance policy workflowsBackground in partner operations
