The resort also features 22 Food and Beverage outlets, 1,056 sqm ballroom with 8 breakout rooms, a wide variety of recreational facilities, and a spa with 12 treatment villas.SummaryThe Storekeeper – Culinary is responsible for managing the inventory of food and beverage products within a culinary environment. This role involves receiving, storing, and issuing supplies while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities

  • Receive deliveries of food and beverage items, checking for accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Inspect all incoming goods for quality and compliance with safety standards.

. * Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts.

  • Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
  • Prepare requisitions for food and beverage supplies based on departmental needs.
  • Issue items to various departments as required, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Organize and maintain storerooms in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Ensure that all food storage areas comply with health regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory transactions.
  • Report discrepancies or issues to the Procurement Manager or Head Chef promptly.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food storage and handling.
  • Participate in training sessions related to food safety standards.
  • Assist in periodic inventory audits as directed by management.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training as required.

RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Familiarity with hotel operations, particularly housekeeping procedures, is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented approach.
