Our goal is to be the leading bank for associations, ensuring a seamless and straightforward banking experience. Our team of 15 specialists supports around 28,000 customers across Denmark. We provide specialised guidance on financing, fund management, and digital solutions, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders like the Welcoming team, Realkredit Erhverv, and Personal Banking to enhance customer experiences. We frequently engage with board members. Our work is varied and complex, offering new learning opportunities daily. You will have opportunities to shape the future of Association Direct and sustain our innovative position in the financial sector.Who We Are Looking For:

• Newly graduated Financial Economist, Bachelor of Finance, or holder of a master’s degree.
• Enthusiasm for creating meaningful customer experiences.
• Keen interest in understanding and meeting the needs of various associations.
• Advanced interpersonal skills combined with professional knowledge.
• Presents engagement, humour, and enthusiasm in work.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with all types of customers.
• Outgoing and results-oriented team player with enthusiasm.
• Fluency in both English and Danish, in written and spoken forms, is essential.
