Job description: Stakeholder Relations Manager Core Functions: Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy that aligns with corporate branding objectives Cultivate and ensure clear and consistent communication of the company’s brand messages to stakeholders, customers and partners through appropriate channels and tactics Build, maintain and leverage a strong corporate brand reputation, fostering trust and credibility among key stakeholders, and effectively communicating key messages and strategies Responsibilities : _ Media Strategic and Brand Positioning _ Identify and analyze key external stakeholders, including customers, investors, media outlets, government agencies, industry associations, local communities, and other relevant groups. Develop and execute media and community relations strategies to promote the brand’s messaging, achievements, and initiatives through traditional channels. Craft compelling brand positioning statements and programs and ensure consistent messaging across all external communications. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to integrate key messages into marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and digital content. Utilize PR Platforms to promote nutraceutical products cost – effectively. _ Execution _ Organize and manage conferences, media interviews, and other events to showcase the brand’s products, services, or initiatives. Collaborate and coordinate special events, product launches, and promotional activities to attract media attention and increase brand visibility. Utilize traditional PR tactics such as press releases, media kits, and media pitches to generate media coverage and raise awareness of the organization’s brand and initiatives. _ Crisis Communication and Reputation Management _ Monitor media coverage, social media conversations, and online reviews to assess the organization’s reputation and sentiment. Identifies potential crises and assesses their potential impact on the organization’s reputation, stakeholders, and business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address reputational issues and implement corrective actions as needed. _ Analytical _ Analyze data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making related to brand positioning and communication. Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of external stakeholder engagement efforts. Continuously evaluate and optimize stakeholder communication strategies _ Project Management _ Collaborate with the CSR team to communicate the company’s social and environmental initiatives to external stakeholders. Monitor traditional news within on a regular basis and propose interventions to avert political crisis or to suggest actions to maximize opportunities Implement strategies to manage and enhance the organization’s reputation, including addressing negative feedback and amplifying positive stories. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in public relations through industry publications, online resources, and networking events. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and digital tools relevant to public relations, such as social media monitoring platforms, media databases, and analytics tools. Qualifications: 4-year degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 4 years and above of work experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications, with a focus on brand management and reputation building.
