Department: ARI Stakeholder Relations and Compliance Employment Type: Probationary Work Arrangement: Hybrid Role Summary The position holder is responsible for organizing and preparing necessary documents required in acquiring permits and approvals, facilitation of project endorsements of Local Government Units (LGUs) for ARI Renewable projects. The position holder implements the External Relationship Management plan as directed by The Stakeholder Relations and Compliance Heads. Outcomes Expected And Responsibilities Reviews the integrity, quality and completeness of the data and documentation gathered from various departments Prepares regular reports on compliance status and potential risk incidents. Completes documentation of compliance and permits for handover to Operating BU. Reports progress of permit acquisitions to the top management including concerns and irregularities for proper action. Coordinates with other departments for the necessary information or assistance required for the preparation and processing of permits clearances. Builds partnerships with and engages a variety of stakeholders, including officials of local governments and community associations to facilitate project endorsements and acquire permits and licenses. Facilitates timely acquisition of permits and approvals during the Pre Development, Development and Execution Stage of ARI Renewable Projects. Coordinates with local government officials and various agencies such as DENR, NCIP, DPWH, NWRB, NIA, DAR or any other concerned agency for the acquisition of the necessary permits and approvals. Minimum Qualification 3 years relevant experience in the power industry or related experience in engaging stakeholders 1 Year Experience In Directly Managing Teams Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year related course Preferred Qualifications Understanding of power industry practices Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements related to project development Show more Show less
