In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships and communication between key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and seamless collaboration across teams. You will act as the primary liaison, addressing stakeholder needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring that project objectives are met on time. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.What You’ll Be DoingThe Stakeholder Interface Manager is part of the PMC team and will be providing all necessary assistance concerning all stakeholder related works. The incumbent will be responsible for the coordinating, managing and liaising with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Contractors, arranges meetings and workshops, preparing presentations, review of all related documents submission to Authorities, follow up with ongoing submissions and provide feedback to the team for actions required, document and keep track on all the incoming and outgoing submissions and correspondences.Preparation of reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific handover and stakeholder issues as required by the client.Provide support to the Program team and as a client representative to oversee the handover process of the contractsAttend weekly / monthly meetings as necessary for all types of projects, keep track and record all required actions from all Stakeholders and follow up on the progress as requiredLiaise with Key Stakeholders and Authorities to ensure a smooth handover of assets on completion of worksProvide handover and stakeholders input to weekly / monthly reportsInform the Program Director of any potential delays in the project completion or milestonesProvide support for the PMP and PQP plans that are applicable to both, Internal and External Stakeholders with the responsibility to ensure that all the stakeholders are made fully aware of all information, and to ensure alignment of all related systems and processes are integrated.To facilitate structured communication between workstreams, client departments and external stakeholders.Responsible for defining each stakeholder group needs and use this understanding to develop relevant communication and engagement initiatives.Responsible for the coordination of w/shops, coordination meetings (online, face-to-face), working groups and committee meetings – with all meetings recorded (minutes-of-mtgs).Manage and help organize focus groups of companies, businesses and governmental departments.Provide senior management with support to guide and enhance the stakeholder understanding for new processes and technologies for the programhat Required Skills You’ll Bring:Bachelors degree in engineering or related with 15+ years of experience as senior stakeholder engagement on a large-scale program with multiple internal & external stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholdersExperience of managing others & taking the lead on a major programProven experience working to tight deadlines within a changing environmentHigh attention to detail and eye for excellenceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written including presentation competency.Excellent judgment, assertiveness and diplomatic skillsDemonstrated ability in managing conflict in high-pressure situationsFluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in technical report writing as well as oral and written communication skills.Ability to work without excessive supervisionProfessional level in using MS Office Suite.What Desired Skills You’ll Bring The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks in water and electricity transmission sectors.Experience working with EPC contracts.Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
