  • Assist the Stakeholder Engagement Team to maintain strong and sustainable networks with various key stakeholders, including YMCA members, corporate collaborators, service recipients, community partners, donors, volunteers, and government;
  • Implement stakeholder engagement activities, events, fundraising campaigns and community outreach initiatives to convey YMCA’s vision and mission;
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders in service development;
  • Assist in building relationships with members and volunteers through implementing loyalty programs and personalised retention initiatives;
  • Assist in identifying and establishing partnership, sponsorship and fundraising opportunities to further YMCA’s social commitment;
  • Prepare materials for internal and external communications and branding purposes;
  • Execute brand strategy;
  • Develop contents for social media platforms;
  • Media handling;
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder of communications, public affairs or related discipline;
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience in corporate communications, public affairs or fundraising, with 2 years in supervisory level;
  • Experience working in non-profit making organisations is highly preferable;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong project coordination skills;
  • Proficient in using digital communications tools and social media platform savvy.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English;
  • Proactive and well-organised with multi-tasking skill;
  • A good team player;
  • Occasional work outside the office is required;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
