Team: Development
Location: Manly, NSWKey Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and manage relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and government entities to support project success.Plan and execute engagement strategies that align with community interests and mitigate social risks.
  • Provide guidance on stakeholder engagement to development teams, ensuring timely and effective communication

Community Engagement:

  • Regularly visit nearby communities to inform them about renewable energy projects, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Act as the escalation point for community complaints and manage responses effectively.

Information Sharing:

  • Prepare public materials such as newsletters, media releases, and website updates to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Identify new communication channels to enhance engagement efforts.

Project Support:

  • Support development teams in the preparation of stakeholder and community engagement plans for projects.
  • Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring communication activities are well-coordinated and reported.

Corporate Communications:

  • Assist in corporate communications activities, including media relations, political engagements, and branding initiatives.

Key Relationships:

  • Internal: Leadership, Development, Technical, Finance teams
  • External: Landowners, Community, First Nations groups, Government bodies, Industry partners, Consultants, Contractors

Salary banding:
$190,000 – $210,000 + Super + Bonus

Expected salary: $190000 – 210000 per year

Location: Manly, NSW
