• Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects from start to finish, using DMAIC or DMADV methodologies.

Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and data analysis to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement change.Use statistical tools such as Minitab, Excel, or JMP to analyze process performance and variability.Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping and other continuous improvement activities.Train and mentor Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and project team members.Report on project progress, ROI, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and strategic objectives. * The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool application.QualificationsRequired

• Minimum Degree holder in any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leader.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, experience with proven track record.
• Strong background in electronics/semiconductor operation.

Preferred

• Potential candidate with Six Sigma methodology experiences is highly desired/preferred Able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Skills

• Added advantages if experienced in conducting any Lean Six Sigma related training titles (TTT certified by HRDF if possible).
• Added advantages if experienced in facilitating the VSM or any kind of Lean Six Sigma workshop.
