• Process internal & external customers’ parts sales orders, and quotations
• Handle some local purchase orders
• Create invoices, credit notes and related documents.
• Ensure accurate and timely response to inquiries & requests from customers
• Follow up orders & deliveries from end to end, which involves co-ordination with relevant functions (planning & logistics) for better lead time and solutions
• Implement and follow up global processes and operating procedures
• Handle customer claims
• Generate regular monitoring reports
• Contribute & commit to continuous improvements

We believe you have

• College/University degree
• Min. 3 years working experience in sales co-ordination, order follow-up and

related customer order/PO management process. * Multi-lingual skills – good English language skills in both written and spokenand good English language skills in both written and spoken * SAP knowledge is preferred and good Microsoft office skills

• Good communication skills and service minded
• Hard working, pay attention to details and willing to take responsibility
• A good team player and willing to work under pressure
