Job description: On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Sr. Transformation Program Manager to join our Client’s team on a contract basis. This role is Hybrid and the Client is based in Richmond, BC.Summary of the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Sr. Transformation Program Manager to lead a major business transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives to define strategy, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. This is a 12-month contract position requiring onsite work in Richmond a minimum of three days per week.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior leadership to refine strategic objectives and shape the program vision.Define program approach, run proof-of-value experiments, and contribute to program measurement frameworks.Oversee planning, execution, resource planning, risk management, and program budget.Coordinate multiple project work streams and facilitate progress reporting and decision-making.Create and deliver executive-level presentations, workshop plans, and project documentation.Apply strategic thinking to align initiatives with organizational goals.Core Requirements10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years managing programs.Proven track record leading transformational initiatives from strategy to implementation.Experience in developing governance structures and managing complex program elements.Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, risk/issue management, and change control.Strong presentation and communication skills at executive levels.Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience developing program measurement frameworks.Familiarity with proof-of-value experimentation.Strong PowerPoint skills and workshop facilitation experience.Experience aligning cross-functional teams with enterprise goals.Background in public sector transformation initiatives is a plus.Terms
