Job description: Trigyn’s direct client based out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana has a very long-term (4-year+) contract assignment for Project Manager (Remote). The particulars of the position are as follows.Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable:

• Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and Law Enforcement technology projects
• PMP certification
• SCRUM Master certification
• Managing large scale projects with many teams and stakeholders.
• Project management with State Government.

Description:

• Provide day-to-day project management support
• Create and publish project documentation, including project status reports, project schedules and plans, risks, issues and other documentation, as needed
• Plan for utilization of resources
• Meet with Management and Users to understand project goals and milestones
• Track Project milestones and deliverables throughout project life-cycle.
• Provide and maintain detailed software/hardware maintenance documentation
• Act as liaison on behalf of OTS and in-scope agencies
• Create end user documentation and training as needed
• Provide technical knowledge transfer, training and documentation to OTS and staff for all requested work, as needed.
