Ideally we are looking for at-least 5 years of Payroll experience in a robust HRIS system. Experience in iSolved is a major plus. Proficiency in problem-solving is essential, as you’ll navigate complex payroll inquiries and compliance issues. Excellent communication skills are critical, enabling you to interact effectively with clients and colleagues alike while fostering a customer-focused atmosphere.Adaptability is vital, as you’ll be expected to embrace new challenges and changes in regulations, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach.
