We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRMS Case Management ServiceNow Business System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), HR Case Management, and HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems). This role will involve gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and driving implementation within ServiceNow to enhance HR service delivery and case management processes.Key Responsibilities:✅ Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand HR service delivery needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct workshops to identify business challenges, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation using ServiceNow HRSD.
- Document business process workflows, user stories, and system design specifications.
✅ ServiceNow HRSD Implementation & Optimization:
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and related HR workflows.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers and technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
- Implement HR knowledge management and employee self-service solutions to improve HR case resolution efficiency.
✅ HRMS & Case Management Expertise:
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HRMS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Define case routing, escalations, SLAs, and automation rules for efficient HR service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, GDPR, and data privacy regulations within HR case management.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and ServiceNow teams to drive system enhancements and resolve issues.
- Train HR users and service center teams on ServiceNow HRSD functionalities and best practices.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into HR service performance.
Required Qualifications:
✔ Experience: 6+ years in HR systems analysis, with at least 3+ years working with ServiceNow HRSD.
✔ HR Case Management Expertise: Strong understanding of HR case/ticketing systems, employee lifecycle processes, and service center operations.
✔ Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities, HRSD module configuration, and integrations with HRMS tools.
✔ Process Improvement: Experience in HR service delivery optimization, automation, and workflow enhancements.
✔ Communication & Leadership: Ability to interact with HR leaders, IT teams, and business users effectively.Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist
- Workday or SAP SuccessFactors HR Certification (optional)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of AI-driven HR chatbots, Virtual Agents, or predictive analytics in HR service delivery.
- Experience with multi-country HR operations and localization requirements.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and HR Shared Services best practices.
