Job description: Overview:Leon’s is hiring for a Sr.Graphic Designer!We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer with extensive experience in retail print marketing to design and produce high-impact print flyers. This role requires a creative professional who excels in layout design, typography, and visual storytelling, with a deep understanding of retail branding and promotional advertising. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and production team to create engaging, on-brand materials that drive sales and enhance customer engagement.Role Expectations:

• Design and produce promotional material with a heavy focus on Flyer creative (Design / Layout / Offer Placement / Approval Process) in line with timelines.
• Adjust creative in line with Brand changes at the campaign level to ensure consistency.
• Review finalized materials to be sure they are error free.
• Work directly with team members and timelines to build out all associated marketing elements as needed.
• Work collaboratively to elevate the visual experience.
• Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Work onsite at Toronto head office.

Role Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in retail advertising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills to work on multiple projects with various deadlines.
• Patience to handle multiple approval processes from several people to get the job done.
• Attention to detail to ensure all request specifications are met and free of error.
• Flexibility to switch between projects or pivot quickly.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite on Mac platform
