Job description: Description:Aero APAC Aftermarket is a $1.5 billion global business, including Airline Aftermarket, ATR OEM and BGA. This position is responsible for the airline aftermarket business support, and will directly report to APAC AM FP&A Director, providing financial analysis support to airline leadership team, driving related team business results, and ensure the control and compliance.Major Responsibilities:1.Drive improvements in the financial analysis and forecast, support a changing environment;
2.Support the development of the annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts;
3.Closely monitor closing results, investigate deviations from AOP/SRO/prior year, identify the accounting errors, etc., present results to respective leadership team;
4.Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and margin analysis report, provide analysis compared to AOP/SRO/prior year from diversified angles like: customer, market segment and/or product line, etc.;
5.Provide data analysis for multiple business purposes, like strategic decision making, historical performance for key pursuits, analysis for new business model, etc.;
6.Actively participate in regional business reviews and drive business performance from finance perspective;
7.Fully participate in finance digitalization initiatives and other financial analysis tool enhancement to continuously improve process efficiency;
8.Ad hoc analysis per request. Education / Skilled / Experience required:1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting, or related education background
2.Solid accounting knowledge on PRC / US GAAP
3.Strong communication skills
4.English capability: fluent in both writing and oral
5.Strong business acumen (Aerospace is an unique industry for most of candidates)
6.At least 5 years in financial analysis related working experience. Manufacture industry background is a plus
7.Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and SAP. Essbase, Hyperion, Tableau, BI, Python are plusPersonality:1.Work under pressure with solid self-learning / directed attitude
