Job description: POSITION SUMMARY: A combination of strategic vision, financial acumen, operational expertise, and leadership skills to drive the success of the organization’s B2B which focusing in corporate companies and health tourism initiatives. Contributes to the unit and departmental objective and effectively communicates with team, developing an environment in which latest information is shared among team members. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy for Avisena Healthcare and serve as the brand custodian. Ensuring that brand guidelines are successfully executed for the growth of brand presence in healthcare industry. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: B2B Marketing: Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for corporate and healthcare providers. Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations. Understand clients’ needs and provide solutions through tailored services offering and retention programs and continuously identify areas of improvements to build loyalty and brand affinity amongst key accounts. Execute strategic direction that will allow increase in revenue and grow market share with partners by focusing on attract new and retain patients of Avisena Healthcare. Establish relationship and establish affiliate partnership with corporate clients to encourage sustainable business and relationship. Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships with healthcare providers and corporate clients. Regularly assess client satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Corporate Events Management: Plan and execute corporate events to promote the hospital’s services. Organize seminars, workshops, and networking events to engage with B2B clients and showcase the hospital’s capabilities. Establish collaborations with corporate partners, locally to ensure effective event promotion and participation and enhance the growth and success of Avisena brand preference. Health Tourism: Agents and International Healthcare Organizations: Key person for international market (Health Tourism). Build relationship and establish affiliate partnership with medical tourism agents and international stakeholders to encourage sustainable business and relationship. Execute marketing strategies to promote the organization as a preferred destination for health tourism. Create promotional materials, online content, and participate in industry events to enhance the organization’s global presence. Creating customized health tourism packages that cater to specific needs and preferences of clientele or target market. International Patients: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health tourism portfolio, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. To structured strategic marketing plan, events and digital content for international market that will allow increase in revenue and grow market share of Avisena Healthcare. To liaise with the relevant departments, units, consultants and/or clinic assistants on the agents or partners queries that relates to international patient and to accommodate and facilitate international patients and ensuring seamless on the ground execution. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with international healthcare standards and accreditation requirements. Implement and maintain high standards of healthcare delivery for international patients. General: Strategic Planning: Implementing hospital B2B and health tourism strategies aligned with organizational goals. Execute communication plans to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Utilizing the annual departmental budgets to ensure optimal return on every expenditure and investment. Customize service offering and retention programs and continuously identify areas of improvements to build loyalty and brand affinity amongst key accounts. Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality services for international patients including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Strategic Development: To support the departmental Head of Unit in devising business focus and market strategies for the upcoming year in advance, and execute assigned tasks Constantly updates on latest clinical roll out, hospital facilities and special packages while gaining referrals to the hospital. Identify and promote top selling, unique and niche medical services in hospital to the local and international market according to the region’s targeted requirement and needs and to ensure new business opportunity is leveraged with existing service. To execute plan to increase Unit of Sales (UOS) via leveraging connections with existing and potential Corporate Sectors, Medical Tourism and NGO’s. Involve and participate in industries and networking events regularly to carry reputable brand presence whilst build strong network and new relationships. Ensure up to date and comprehensive maintenance of agreements with key partners. Product and Service Promotion: Execute strong milestone driven KPI indicators to drive monthly and cumulative performances of partners at the group and hospital level. Assist in building group and hospital sales forces’ capabilities and competencies to drive commercial excellence. Assist in implementing strategies to promote hospital services and facilities to B2B clients. Assisting COE’s and other revenue centre to promote the services and packages by being appointed as medical provider panel for corporate executive screening. Market Analysis: Monitoring and alert on the market landscape, be part of competitive trends and preparing leading strategy in healthcare industry as part of promoting and updates on hospital’s facilities and services to partners and clients. To prepare proposal and presentation materials in a form of data compilation for patients and revenue facts and another related figures. Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met. Others: Assist and guide the group and hospital team with this where required. Be guided and comply with existing SOP’s and other Avisena Healthcare policies for achieving goals and conducting business. Demonstrating consideration for the company’s reputation and safeguarding Avisena brand by complying with applicable with local authorities, laws, rules and regulations. To maintain confidentiality of any form of information, strategies from Avisena to any external parties either in written or verbally. To participate, assist and contribute to the achievement of events organized in Avisena (internal and external events). Utilizing the annual departmental budgets to ensure optimal return on every expenditure and investment. To take reasonable care at workplace for the safety of oneself, others and to comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety, health and environment as required. Report accidents/incidents and hazard to the superior and complete the Incident Report Form for each accident/incident. To perform other duties which may be assigned form time-to-time by the Head of Department or designated representative on behalf of the management. To follow all Avisena Healthcare policies.
