• Collaborate with business partners to identify and document detailed requirements.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage project features and user stories effectively.
• Assess and prioritize business demands, balancing risks and benefits.
• Engage in user testing and project launches, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with stakeholders to drive project success.
• Coordinate design reviews and validate proposed solutions to meet business needs.
• Track project metrics to evaluate success and value delivered.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Five years of experience in business analysis, particularly in IIoT and industrial controls.
• Proficient in technical writing and communication, both written and verbal.
• Skilled in data analysis and visualization to derive business insights.
• Experience in creating process documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Marketing.
• Background in Business/Systems Analysis or technical roles related to embedded software.
• Proven track record in leading software applications that deliver measurable customer value.
• Ability to independently resolve issues and take timely, professional action.
