Job description: Job Description:POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Analyst – Record to Report supports the finance and accounting functions by assisting in the execution and enhancement of Record to Report (R2R) processes. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting the monthly close process, and identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and data quality. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with team members across the finance organization and shared service centers in Cluj, Romania, Manila, Philippines, and Reynosa, Mexico.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Help identify and support improvements to R2R processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and help ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand reporting needs and resolve discrepancies or data issues.
  • Liaise with shared services teams to ensure smooth execution of finance processes across regions.
  • Collaborate with business partners to support financial reporting requirements and respond to queries.
  • Assist in maintaining internal control documentation and support audits as required.
  • Help ensure R2R activities comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for R2R processes.
  • Contribute to process reviews to identify trends and areas for further improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
