This commitment to measurable results ensures that our clients receive the highest quality service.The RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing development and production environments and experience in SQL Server database administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and Crystal Reports/SSRS/SSIS.Responsibilities:

• Would be responsible for Administration and maintenance of SQL Server databases in both development and production environments.
• Will ensure database security and compliance followed as per company policies.
• Responsible for database backup and recovery tasks, Data Import/Export, migration.
• Will Work on Crystal Reports, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Would be assisting in database design, indexing, and optimization for better performance.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration of database solutions.
• Will be responsible for Troubleshoot issues related to database connectivity and performance .
• Knowledge of replication, mirroring, and clustering for high availability will be add on.
• Should have knowledge of Change Management processes to implement database configuration.
• Will monitor and respond to MSSQL database Alerts.
• Knowledge of PowerShell will be preferred.

Ideal ProfileRequirements:

• 4-7years of experience in SQL Server database administration and development.
• Should have Strong experience of T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions, with SQL Server 2016 and above.
• Should have Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and SSRS/SSIS.
• Should be Familiar with backup strategies, recovery models, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
