Job description: The Speech/Language Pathologist – CFA is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: provision of speech and language pathology services to child and adolescent consumers of Hope Network Center for Autism. This includes evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of these services, individual, family, and staff education, communication with physicians and schools and discharge planning.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:This is not intended to be an exhaustive listing of job functions. The employee is required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties as assigned * Meets all requirements of Approved Autism Evaluation Center (AAEC) to perform diagnostic services as defined by Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network.
Position Requirements: * Minimum Education required: Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program.
